AT&T Store

Talked to a gentleman there about the phone we traded for a new iphone 14. We sent the phone to Att with the box they provided to ship it in addressed to a warehouse in Atlanta. I showed them the tracking number and printed confirmation for when the phone was received (5 months ago). The iPhone X with the most memory was worth a minimum of $700. They claim they never got the phone... Crazy right! The gentleman took my number (I even texted him t he pics of the confirmation and trackini slips). Two weeks+ I have tried to reach out to him via text once but he has still not replied to me.

So amazing to get an AT&T store with great friendly knowledgeable staff, with easy parking, and a convenient location! Ty, Alyssa, and Kiera will take great care of you and get you all the latest phones and accessories.

I found this wonderful AT&T store after having a not so pleasant experience at the store off of mall blvd. It seemed their employee did not want to help and did not take time to listen to what I wanted or needed. He told me to return another day. This did not sit well with me so I found the AT&T Montgomery Cross Rd Store. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone at the AT&T Montgomery Cross Rd store were so friendly and warmly greeted me when I entered the store. Ms. Sheronda, Ms.Kiera, and Mr. Ty (store manager) were amazing and went above and beyond to help me with upgrading my cell to the latest Samsung Z Fold phone. Ms. Sheronda and Ms. Kiera were very sweet with me and took time to answer all of my questions. They did not treat me like I was just a "transaction." I actually did not think that I would upgrade, however they told me the features and benefits of the Z fold and I was hooked! They reassured me that it was very user friendly since I am not tech savvy and that I was always welcome to stop in the store to ask for help. They spent lots of time with me to make sure I was well informed. Ty, the store manager, made sure that I received the new phone immediately. I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the phone and other AT&T technology. He manages this store with grace, wisdom, and genuine care for his employees and customers. I felt I was with close friends by the time I left the store! I will tell all of my colleagues and friends to come to this store! Please keep Ms. Sheronda, Ms.Kiera, and Mr. Ty at this store and give them a salary raise so they won't leave! They are amazing at providing stellar customer service and demonstrating product knowledge. They also are wonderful at establishing a positive and good rapport with people from all walks of life. I am very happy with my upgrade and experience. Thank you!
