They try to rent me a u-haul truck that had the cathalitic convert cut off. Owner was aware of the problem. And still wanted me to drive the truck. When I told it it's iligal to drive with out them. They send me to another location, that didn't even had any trucks.

Lady was 30 mins late and looked very confused. We were half way on our process of canceling the reservation. I recommend going to an actual uhaul store.

Next yall want to call someone & accuse them of not returning a truck when the keys were clearly sitting in your face, think twice before jumping to conclusions because you failed to do your job properly. Whoever the girl is that called me & told me I didn't return that van needs to learn how to be professional. Just becuase you can clock on, don't mean you're a good employee. For someone to call & say what she said & not even attempt to apologize for her mistake, her error & is the most unprofessional things I've had to go through this year. Younger people have no business adequate. Just rude individuals who think we owe them business. The girl who helped with the original transaction, reservation was great, she got the ball rolling with no issues. Unfortunately for her this review overshadows her great work becuase of one employee who just felt the need to open her mouth when she didn't have too.
