        Visited for U-Haul rental and had an awful experience. The condition of the truck was not safe. It was missing the entire gas cap&lid and the engine light was on. I asked if I can switch to another truck without the issue but they kept said its okay to drive. They said they dont have another truck with same size but there was in the parking lot. It took more than 30 mins for the pick up process although I made a reservation, so I could not delay anymore and had to use the one with a problem. I was so dissatisfied and felt unsafe the whole time while using the truck. I dont recommend this place. Also when I walked in, the counter lady was cleaning the floor and asked people to wait while she finishes cleaning. I can go on but will just end here. . . 30

        The worker was unfriendly. It took more than 30 minutes to rent the car. I went to rent it, but I did it with my cell phone, not my computer. It was so frustrating. I think there was a problem.
