      image Poorly managed store. One person in front of me. Told I would have to wait at least 10 minutes for him to finish even though there were two other employees in the back not waiting on customers. I use several UPS stores this one was bad.

This particular day we had staff members working on some notaries and print jobs for a few customers ahead of you at the time of your visit. These services can sometimes take a little longer.       image Won't be coming back! The older lady behind the counter was simply difficult and rude because I didn't have a printed label, which I've never had to have before. I asked for clarity, and she was very rude. I don't think a combative employee should be working at a customer service counter or taking Amazon returns, which is designed to be an easy experience. Not an easy experience here at this store anymore.
