Entering the UPS store with my Amazon return I was first in line and the 2 clerks each had a customer. A lady with a large box comes in behind me and says she will be at the table but next after me. A lot of other people came into the store and lined up.
The younger female clerk was ready but as I walked up and stood in front of her, she ignored me and began asking the lady with the box to step up. I replied, I was next and she ignored again then I asked her if she was questioning my and the other ladies ethical INTEGRITY? I live in Brookhaven and this is unacceptable. 1 Star today.
Im moving this up to 2 stars today, its the day after and
I went to do another return and the person that gave poor customer service yesterday was not there. However, I had to buy shipping tape for my envelope. The 2 clerks today were much better at customer service, but the charge for the tape was double the price that it would normally sell for. They did not offer nor do they have any complimentary shipping tape.
