      image We have used them often. For the most part they are polite and reliable. The store is clean. We have used them for return shipping, shipping, and copies. I always email them ahead of time the label (before I leave home to go to the store) they don't do QR CODES.
      The improvement I would like to see is labels taped to boxes in front of customer instead of sometimes being pushed to the side. That's a good way to lose a package. Otherwise it's a great store and I recommend it.

      Thank you for your review, we do appreciate your business. And to address your comment about the labels being put on in front of the customer, we actually do that whenever we can and if the customer insists and when the customer has time to wait, sometimes we take customers with a prepaid label ahead of other customers and we cannot stop to put the label on, it is your choice to wait if you would like to wait and watch us affix the label in front of you. It is more of a time issue for us and the customers to wait for this process sometimes people do not have time to wait. And you’re always welcome to tape your label on yourself or go over to the table where we have provided pouches for you to affix your yourself label also.
