This UPS location was an unnecessary evil for me, the only reason I was going is its close. I dreaded going because the staff is so unfriendly and rude. If you even say good morning they either say nothing or just grumble as to say why are you bothering us. The young girl wont even say hello or may I help you. Would you like a receipt and thank you are not in their vocabulary as well. Avoid this location, there are a ton of UPS around and its worth driving to another location.

I've always had a very pleasant experience here, I find the staff helpful and polite...if you ever find them the opposite, just think to yourselves what a bad day they must be having!

Update;
My next day Air was not picked up on the day of drop off at 4: 30 pm
Thanks to very inefficient employees of the store who has no care for the customers.
Attitude! Attitude!Attitude!
They dont have to try hard to get 0 [ZERO] rating but their attitude does for that.
The younger lady is comparatively better than other who thinks of She is the only one working in world and UPS is doing charty to all customers in the store.
I doubt how UPS is running business keeping like this sales persons in the store.
Message for management
Dear UPS store associates,
If you are in UPS Store and dealing with customers , DO IT PROPERLY. You are getting paid for the job. If you dont like then dont do the job, but you have no right to show your attitude to Customers who are paying a lot for the services offerrred by UPS.

The youngest girl is the meanest person in the store. Go there on Monday because the owner there. The owner is nice

This location is the absolute worst I've ever seen. Two ladies working and one of them was yelling at customers and complaining about being too busy to help them/answer questions. She continued to "scold" the customers as the customers were walking out. This person should not be working with customers. The other was working a POS that was offline and having customers write their name/number on a slip; she was much nicer. I've been to this location several times and their systems are offline all the time. I ended up leaving and going to a different store to take care of my shipping needs. Several other customers did the same. Will probably not return to this location even though it's only a few minutes from my house. I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different store.
