U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I left my keys in one of the uhauls by accident not to long ago from today. April 2 was the day I left my keys and April 3 or 4 was the day I came back up to the store looking for them. They claim that the Gordan hwy U-Haul location automatically throws away keys if they find keys inside of the their uhaul trucks. Does this happen at all locations? Idk. But at this incompetent store its seems to be the most logical answer to lost keys. The staff (the fat short ugly lady and the fat ugly rat looking dude) were just hood like, ghettoed in, the type of people whod make u snap on them because their retarded for no reason (there are cool people from the ghetto but these people were unconsciously stupid). Terrible uhaul place. Highly recommend going to another location or somewhere else other than this one. Heres another thing about this place too that I almost forgot to mention. The trucks are simply not the most up to date trucks out, like for example my truck was tooting as I drove. The mechanics here arent the best and Id even say that theyre mediocre, or novices. When choosing to come to this site rather going to others Id always bet my money on going to another location besides this one. This was my first experience and now worst experience with uhaul. I hope this helps on your decision making process and if I could give this place a zero star I would most certainly give them a zero star.

We rented a truck and car transport at this location and once my husband got on the road the lights on the car transport did not work. We called back to see if they could offer assistance or switch out with a properly working car transport and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, said that it was no longer there problem and we should have done an inspection (which they did) I can't help that literally 10 minutes into the drive they stop working. Honestly, I am so sick of lazy people not wanting to do their job. I wish I got her name so I could report her to Uhaul because she should not be working there. In no capacity should that be their response. Try a different location because its trash here.
