        I have rented from this location multiple times. Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. This time I worked with Anteonia. I will continue to choose this company for my rental needs in the future.

        WORSE RENTAL LOCATION EVER!!Accidently left my glasses in a vehicle. This location doesn't participate in lost and found. You call the corporate and they tell you, you have to physically get there, (which I couldn't because I left back to my duty station). I asked a friend to check and they told him they're not there. This AVIS is a scam and I advise to NEVER rent from here. You literally can't call and talk to a human being. I'd rather walk everywhere than to ever rent from this location again. If anyone rate it 5 stars, they're a paid actor.

        This AVIS desk is never open when traveling for business - it's always pushed to the Budget desk. NEVER get a car from Avis when flying to AGS. AVIS Customer service knows this is an issue and never hires more people or gives them the support the employees need.
