Friendly and efficient staff. Rented a van. Worked great no problems. I had a very long day. The same lady not only rented but she handled the return. Hard working people and courteous. Great job.

I rented the truck and trailer, but didn't have room in driveway for the trailer. I asked if u could keep athe the pepboys til I could pick it up two days later. I washould told it would be waiting for me. When I went to pick it up, it was gone and it had been rerented, despite the fact that I had already paid $218 to rent it. I asked what had happened and was told that I told them I would pick it up the next day and didn't come back. When I asked them when they rented it they told me yesterday being the same day I was to have told them I would come to get the vehicle. I was sent to another town to pick up another vehicle at my own expense of time and money. Less than 200 miles later the truck broke down and I am stranded 2 days in a small town in Alabama. Beware budget truck!
