Avis Car Rental

The added-on fees are insane. When I turned the car in I asked if I should go fill it up and was told they would take care of it and charge me the difference at the local rate. When I got the bill it was charged at $10 a gal. I will not use this company again!

First of all the young lady at the counter was very nice not sure if she was at fault, but I booked a rental about a week in advance. I get there at the appointed time and there was no rental. She says she had another one coming, so I came back, there was another lady there so she got the rental. I ended up having to shorten my trip to one day but I was then told this location did not accommodate 1 day rentals. So I was stuck up at the car rental office for about 2 hours because I was dropped off under them impression I was going to get a vehicle. A lot of situations could be avoided if they let you know things ahead of time and not over booking and things of that nature.

Worst customer service ever......was so close on missing my flights. Altered my reversation and asked unnecessary questions, was aked to pay double my amount for rental. Just pure act of racial discrimination.

Great sevise. Swapt my rental out in 10min when it got a flat.
