Ready to renew our lease love the management they have been the best . Tiffany has been sooo helpful with this years. Was understanding and helpful when I lost my baby boy and my husband having a change in jobs. She is always available. She has a open door policy so when ever the office is open her and Colton do there very best to help anyone and if they don't have a answer they will get you one quickly. Thank you Tiffany and Colton for making my home a place to enjoy and never forgets about our dog Diesel THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO TO KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SAFE AND CLEAN.

Great starter apartments! New office staff have been very helpful and communicate well with the residents. Pest control and lawn/community maintance come by often so the outside is usually clean and apartment is mostly bug free. Wish there were more amenities and that the gym was actually open but overall good community. Also, since a lot of residents have dogs it would be a good idea to have dog waste receptacles so there isn't dog waste all over the grounds

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the awesome job Tiffany and Colin are doing since they arrived. My personal experience with Tiffany and Colin was definitely top notch. They are very professional, polite, and understanding. I highly recommend anyone looking for a 1 bedroom apartment to give Woodhaven Apartments a call immediately. I hope your experience is as rewarding as mines. Good Luck!

VERY VERY VERY SLOW AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will take your money and deny your application and come up with a thousand reasons why you were denied but in reality its because if youre BLACK or AFRICAN AMERICAN they dont want you there !!!!!
