The Landings at 237 Apartments

Do not move here they have rats In their apartments, and the landlord does nothing about it. She wants you to catch the rats yourself. very unprofessionally ran. The phones are never answered once you move in so if you have a problem you need to figure it out by yourself. All they want is your money thats it. Highly would not recommend

Currently looking around for apartments rent looks affordable but babyyy I decided to take a drive thru the complex to see if I would consider making this my new homelets just put it this this is a the trap house of apartments the l way I was scared me and my would of gotten stolen my heart was racing the whole time this apartment complex is scary yall everyone looks like crack heads Im sorry it is what it is

One I been living in one apartment for 6 years I get behind yes but I was still giving them money they still taking my money and ended up getting me put out. What they should of did was tear down and rebuild but no the remodeling over the mold and mildew. These apartments are not worth the stay........

This place is an absolute dump full of crackhead junkies. Manager claims she is cleaning up the place and yet multiple units with plywood for a window, busted windows in general, obvious attempts at break ins on the doors, units much smaller then advertised, "security" is a joke on a golf cart, no way you convince me a dude in a tent on top of a cherry picker from the police actually makes a difference either, and everybody in the community knows that certain residents hire people to stand just outside the entrance to sell drugs for them both at the gas station and behind Church's.
