        Dont move in if you arent looking to pay a fee of an extra months rent moving out. We specifically told the lady in the front office we didnt need any additional time to move and everything was sorted. I get to my new home I just had built and im getting a call from collections asking me to pay a fee of $1700 because I used an extra month to stay there in which I did not. Tried to call Estates but the line is busy 25/8

        It used to be a nice place to live during our early years of living in this apartment back in 2020-2021 but when a new set of people managing the property came in, it changed a lot. We moved out in June 2023 and ask us to pay July rent and when we wont pay next thing I know a collection agency is calling to ask for the payment. I have to escalate it to their Regional Director who is awesome to fix the issue. Million thanks to their boss for fixing it. There was an inaccurate info put in their system that shows I informed them late about moving out which I had an email that shows the exact date I inform them. So to anyone moving out put everything into writing.

        Just get your own handyman. No matter how many request you put it. No matter how long you patiently wait. Youll still have to contact them multiple time before an attempt is done on your service order. Ive been here for two years. Its been the exact same for two years.

        I have lived at Estates at Perimeter sine September of 2016. I moved here from Mississippi and the place I was supposed to move into fell thru. I came to Estates at Perimeter on short noticed and explained my situation and immediately was welcomed with open arms!!! I am currently to here because I truly feel at home. The staff are amazing , community activities, business center, gym area with state of the art fitness equipment, and the pool area is definitely my favorite. Dog park, well kept grounds, valet trash service right from your door, garage units available if needed. If you are looking for a new place to call home, Estates at Perimeter is your best choice!!! You won't be disappointed.

        I miss living here a lot. If the rent hadn't gone up, I would have stayed! The office staff was super nice. I suggest this place to others.
