        The lady with the dreads is extremely rude. I asked to have my envelopes tracked because I wanted to make sure they were delivered on time and she refused to do so. I also arrived early and customers were left waiting outside the door until the post office finally opened (late, I might add). Avoid this location at all costs!

        This post office is the worse and they have stopped forwarding my mail for the third time this year. I talked to an employee named Nicole a few times and she LIED like she didnt see the extension for my mail forwarding in the system. The manager Janice Young is ignoring my calls and emails instead of trying to resolve this issue once AGAIN! The postman Marcus was deliberately not forwarding my mail when he was working here. The location is very unprofessional, lie to customers, dont do their job, are VERY LAZY, and all need to be FIRED ASAP!

        This place sucks. Absolutely ridiculous to have only one person staffed at peak times. No focus on efficiency/speed. Wait time 25+min to ship a package.
