        Visited the store over a year ago and experience was fine. Was in the store on December 20, 2023 to pickup packages and return Amazon purchases. It was a horrible experience. Their system was partially down and caused issues and staff was rude. They insisted I had to purchase an envelope $5 to return to Amazon. Amazon clearly states no worry with packing a UPS store will handle. Went back in today to pickup another package and asked about the return I had not received. I was told that I shouldnt have come when their system was down and it was not their problem. Will not bother those team members again with my business.
