WOW! I usually avoid all FedEx stores at all costs because Ive never once had a positive experience. But I had to drop off a return and decided to mail a letter. Never been to this location. What a difference!! Joy really lives up to her name. And the other young lady was also so friendly and helpful. Let me tell you, night and day from the one on Old Milton and Windward. Night. And. Day!!!

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had shipping something that was supposed to go within the same town. Repeatedly not delivered to an OPEN business. It took TWO weeks for me to even get my package back. I almost lost my place to live because of this... Never using this FedEx location or any other ever again. If you want your package to arrive and not get lost, I'd trust USPS over these folks.
