Dingy and dirty but hey, it's a post office. Staff not friendly but not nasty, so I guess that's a win?

They dont scan your package and says its been delivered. Now its lost or stolen. Try to talk to manager on the phone, but she was so rude and hung up on me twice. Horrible service.!! They dont know how to do their job properly!

THE MANAGER REGINA IS UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVE, and EXTREMELY RUDE. When I asked for her name and the complaint process she did not want to give me her name, did not provide the information I requested, and she hung up on me. I am not receiving my packages. I stay at an apartment complex that has parcel lockers that you must pay for. The USPS previously told me that they no longer deliver to doorsteps at apartment complexes. Today the "manager" (I use that title loosely) REGINA told me that the post office delivers to doorsteps depending on the agreement that the apartment complex has with USPS. She stated that I will only be receiving my packages if I use the parcel lockers that I must pay for. She stated that that is the agreement USPS has with my apartment complex. NOTICE: USPS does not make delivery agreements with apartment complexes. Tax payers with registered addresses are entitled to have packages delivered to their residences because that is what we pay for as US citizens and that is why the USPS is in place. Being a postal employee use to be honorable and is extremely important to the American system of communication. Postal workers understood that, in times past, and took pride in being part of a process that has proven historically critical to maintaining our freedoms as US citizens. REGINA has degraded this system not only with her attitude and lack of concern and leadership skills but also with her negligence in not fulfilling the obligations that she is responsible for as POSTMASTER. Disgusting. I emphatically urge those experiencing the same issue to complain, get informed, write our local politicians and VOTE!!

I wasted gas, a trip, and my energy to come to this location! I already overpay for a P.O. Box at this office, and I can't access the damn box due to an employee locking the doors too early! I could understand if it was given to me for free, but I am paying my hard-earned money for this service that I was denied! A schedule exist for a reason! It doesn't say that the office closes @ 5:30pm-ish. It's supposed to close DIRECTLY at 5:30pm or shortly afterward! On another note, there's a mail thief working at this location. I'm tired of spending money on a PO box and having too many instances of my mail never reaching me. I'm about to get the feds involved and have whoever it is doing some FEDERAL jail time. You won't keep stealing from people. You will get caught.

By far the worst post office customer service in history. Stole my mail with important checks. Manager refused to speak to me. This is a nightmare!! Im so livid.
