        Brenda was our Postal Agent at this location, my encounter with Ms. Brenda was pleasant. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. She answered all my questions and didnt rush me thru the process. I truly appreciate excellent communication and customer service especially towards the end of the day! I witnessed Brenda greet all her customers with kindness and got the line down quickly!

        This office is rude, the woman who's a supervisor is very blantly uninterested in anyone's issues and has a she doesn't care attitude. My check is missing and she's basically told me oh well and hung up the phone!! This ghetto, rude and unprofessional office needs to be closed down or a total redo in the staff.
