I have never been treated so rudely at a post office. I had the most unpleasant encounter with Robert today. After reading the numerous complaints about him online here, I am surprised he even has a job. And I'm even more surprised that his supervisor hasn't Spoken to him about the numerous complaints he's received here. When I got to the post office this morning, the service area was close.I waited a few minutes to see if it would open. I decided to leave. As I was leaving I noticed an employee going to open the area. I followed him waited for him to open it. And then I asked very politely that you must have had a meeting this morning because you weren't open. He very rudely proceeded to tell me it was none of my damn business! I told him it was my business because they were supposed to be open. I then suggested it would have been nice if they left and noticed out telling us when it would reopen. He then told me if I didn't shut my mouth he wouldn't service me! My response, You've got to be kidding. He then said open your mouth and find out! My question is why is why hasn't a supervisor spoken to him about his horrible attitude. working. Why has he been allowed to be able to speak to customers like this. I will never use this post office. I will go to another branch or go to UPS. PS I mailed my priority mail package March 5th. I returned from my vacation today March 16th. My sister still had not received her mail. I checked today with the codes that I received with the transaction. My package was in Tampa Florida, 11 days after it was mailed! I wonder how it got missed place to Tampa?

I usually don't and won't leave reviews, but this is ridiculous! I have a PO Box that's been open since the end of January, yet I haven't gotten 1 piece of mail yet since it being opened. The reason is the location has had an "inactive" notice on my box, even after going by the 3 weeks ago to get mail only to be told the box had an "inactive" sign on it then. Spoke with a manager and she showed me the sign and said she removed it, but go back today and the worker at the front told me it was still on there. He also said, and showed me its in the system showing active.

Old man at the counter is one of the rudest people Ive ever encountered. How does he have a job?? This is how low the standards have become for USPS.
