        The level of customer service has definitely gone down since the lady that ran front counter retired. The new clerks are very dry and it comes off very rude. I dread having to use this post office for anything. And they never have stamps either

        The staff is always super nice and helpful. Typically only one or two people working the desk but I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. They are well stocked with supplies. I do wish this location had a self-serve kiosk if I needed to get postage after hours, but the location is easy to get to if I need to make a run during my lunch break.

        I went this morning (4 days before Christmas) looking for a missing package. The ladies were so kind and helpful, looked for several minutes for my package and called my postman to verify it was with him to be delivered today (it was!). They went above and beyond and were so kind when I know theyre swamped!!
