After seeing the owners response to a review, i had to step inif you look at Freddies review, the response from the owner says that she asked if it was ok at checkout. That simply just did not happen. They gave my friend, Freddie, a horrible design on her nails, after she repeatedly asked the nail tech to erase, or start over, and the lady just said no its okI am beyond disappointed in this establishment and its not the first time i have come across awful encounters with this place. Lying on behalf of your store, lying to customers, and not providing expected services is a little concerning to be honest. Please inform your nail techs on proper customer service AND HOW TO DO NAILS. I shared what she asked for and what got just to show the poor service provided here
