        My acrylic on my nail broke so I went inside the shop to see if the staff could fix it. I'm not a nail tech, but it isn't rocket science: take the acrylic left on my nail off and then put another on. After that, paint the nail black. I went in, asked if I could have nail fixed, and I was turned away. I have never been turned away from a business, and I am upset about what happened.

        When I went in, the attendant did a temperature check with me however what I noticed is that when other customers came in, the attendant did not do temperature check with other customers. I asked politely why is it that when I came in, he didn’t hesitate to do a temperature check but when others came in, he didn’t follow the guidelines. No respond. Services: Manicures, Pedicures
