Lush Nail Bar

This place is a rip off and the quality is HORRIBLE. I called to request an appointment which was confirmed and when I got there, no nail techs were available so the lady working the front desk did my manicure. I am not sure if this is the usual, but I received the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life (pictures attached to prove). I spent $50 on a poor manicure that was so bad I had to go to another nail salon the very next day and get a completely fresh manicure (and spend more money). I would appreciate it if they were honest about scheduling and put me with a regular nail tech OR train the entire team to serve with better quality.

Disgusting service! I am literally writing this outside in the parking lot. I was told they are refusing me service because they didnt feel like it. Seems racist as they took the white person right before me. STAY AWAY

*** DO NOT COME HERE *** WRITES FAKE REVIEWS TO BOOST RATING!! Messed up my natural nail after wanting acrylics to be removed. Blamed it on when I got the nails done. Did NOT offer refund. A young girl with long eyelashes did it, kept trying to pop them off with a fake nail when I was in pain!!! *** UPDATE *** This shop does not deserve to stay in business. They are constantly having fake reviews posted instead of actually having good service. You all are evil.
