Ive been coming to this shop for three years. The nail techs are friendly, provide excellent client service and contemporary nail designs.

Serene is now my go to nail salon! From the moment you walk in and are greeted to the service, Ive had nothing but wonderful interactions with everyone that works there. The facility is extremely clean, all utensils are sterilized and staff wears masks when working. Any service Ive ever received has been top notch and I feel listened to. They also take really good care of natural nails and provide suggestions and advice to maintain the health/integrity of the nails - 100% recommend!

I've been going here for years but recently, my nail tech started texting me the day of my appointments to change them last minute. Several times, the owner called me to cancel my appointment last minute because my nail tech had to leave or didn't come to work that day. And there were plenty of times when I'd arrive for my appointment and still had to wait because my nail tech wasn't available yet. Overall, very unprofessional.

I have been going to Serene for about 2 years now for pedicures and I love it! They are friendly and professional with a wide selection of options for pedicures and manicures with a rainbow of colors to choose from! I especially love how comfortable my husband feels when he joins me for a pedicure! If you can splurge try the CBD Pedicure! You'll need a nap after!
