Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

Pros: walking distance to MARTA Sandy Springs and friendly staff. They let me check in early (1 pm) when my room was ready. Cons: there was at least one malfunctioning or dead lightbulb in each room (bathroom, bedroom, and living room). The entry door malfunctioned frequently and I had to use my shoulder to get it to open (front desk was aware of this and did nothing to repair it). My room smelled like someone smoked or vaped in it. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays. It did not feel like the room came close to justifying the $215/night after tax price.

***Update - I can't make this up. - I called Stevie Jordan as you can see below. I was able to reach him after being hung up on 3 times by "Galen". When I spoke with Stevie, he was very uninterested and rude. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and money at the Perimeter location*** We had a terrible experience with their security team one evening. These security guards should be at a strip club, not the Embassy Suites. Their bar also closes at 9pm. What!!! We didn't even return from our childrens volleyball tournament until after 10pm. My next visit to Atlanta, I nor our Volleyball club will not be returning to the Embassy Suites Perimeter. I'm sure other hotels in the area would provide a better experience for the money we spent.

I tried many times to speak with a front desk agent but they are always busy , its so Difficult to talk to them. They need to hire more people in front desk or get a better training .

NOBODYYYY ANSWER THE PHONE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THIS HOTEL ANYTIME !!! No managers nothing available !! I called them many time all the times and no answer

The rooms were large and clean. The staff was very helpful. Great location on the outskirts of Atlanta. Close to a lot of shopping.
