Called and made reservations. Arrived at 2 am to be told oh sorry someone should have called there are no rooms. Thank you for nothing. I specifically asked at the time being sent away at 2 am about any charges and informed I was not charged at all yet there is 134 dollar charge on my credit card. This is ridiculous

From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing, I wish I could remember the young man with the short hairs name. He was so helpful during a stressful time. We stayed three nights for a basketball tournament. Im so use to using a soft mattress that when I first got there I thought the firm ish mattress would be an issue, it actually helped my back and I wasnt in pain for three days so now on to mattress shopping. The hotel was quiet, that bath tub!!!!!! Omg Im so upset I didnt have time to soak in it it was huge! I would def stay here again

Great location! It's off the road tucked into what feels like the woods but close to so much! The room was clean, most importantly NO bed bugs. My only complaint, the water did not get hot almost took cold showers, I should have said something but it would get a little warm. Would stay again.

Customer service is terrible! Galways smell like cigarettes and marijuana on a no smoking floor no less! Bathroom tile had mold/mildew growing in grout, sink counters had ( hope only) soup droppings on it. Lamp shade was stained and nasty. The floors turned my socks black! They over charge for the rooms then over charge an incidental fee and refuse to properly communicate the amounts these extra fees will be! Only stayed at one Hilton and will never stay at a Hilton again! Thanks for the horrible experience!
