Minute Suites ATL - Concourse T

We were very tired and could not find any hotels but saw this. It has little rooms but we slept there for a couple hours and felt much better. The room was clean and was very calming for everyone. The lady was friendly and even gave us the biggest room. It is very easy to miss but am thankful for it and hope it stays. Overall would stay again. Rooms: Very small but are calming and fell safe and cozy. Noteworthy details: Had nice decorations and was very relaxing with the dimming lights.

Minute Suites Concourse E My family (4 persons) spent 2.5h in the Minite Suites on Nov 16, 2023. We were barely there for an hour when we got a knock on the door and the woman asked whether we clogged the toilet. I said, excuse me, what are you talking about? She said no adult would leave a toilet looking like that so it must be one of my children. I responded that neither of them had been to the toilet yet and at 5 and 3 years old, I would not let them go unaccompanied, so she shouldn't make assumptions. The woman was extremely rude and later charged our credit card an additional $150 cleaning fee, which was never communicated to us! Something needs to be done because this is absolutely unacceptable. We called to query the charge and a rude woman hung up on us when we asked to speak to a manager.

I think we are all complaining about the same lady with curly hair working at Terminal E. She doesnt care about her job and should be fired. I dont understand why in some places in the U.S. we paying customers btw I do treat people with respect and courtesy but why do polite customers need to be given attitude by people who are paid to help us? The lady working in E at 2pm on 11/28 is absolutely rude and seems to hate her job and if thats the case, then isnt it time to give someone else - a more deserving individual - do the job?
