Wouldn't give me a receipt when I checked out at 5 am. I was told o couldn't get one until 11 am. I asked for a copy of the form I signed when I checked in she Wouldn't give it to me.I was told they would email me one. I didn't receive it. I've been on hold for 20 minutes. The

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Staff made everything wonderful. Happy for wood floors and two beds. Wish there was a microwave came back from a late concert.

Staff was fine, there just wasn't a lot of them. Took well over an hour to check in. Didn't stay in my room much, just needed a places to shower and sleep for the one night. Bed was fine, comfortable enough, but hot water didn't work. I thought I was doing something wrong, but it turns out there was just no got water. Since that was half my reason for staying not a good look. Only two of the four elevators worked, signs for stairs weren't properly marked, and the hotel "restaurant" was high school cafeteria food at best (I only went for a drink, but saw what some of the other people got). All in all, I would never stay here again and would caution anyone else thinking about it.
