Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel

I had a very difficult time getting to the hotel from the airport. Thr gentlemen who greeted when I finally got there was a breath of fresh air. I was in tears and so glad to have made it and I believe his name was Lucas made me forget all my pains and frustration. He made my experience so much better. If I could change anything it would be to have been given better instruction on how to catch the shuttle to the hotel there. I had to call the reservation desk back and the young lady stayed on the phone with me until I got to where I needed to be. She was amazing as well.

Love this hotel you can drop off your rental car jump on the train and spend the night close to the Atlanta airport. The staff is friendly. The hotel is immaculate and the accommodations are super comfortable. Food is good in the restaurant or across the street. There are several of the restaurants and hotels, its the most convenient hotel ever the night there last night and Guilherme from Brazil checked us in. He was extremely polite super helpful another great experience. Thank you Renaissance Marriott Gateway the easiest overnight ever you can jump on the plane train and be at the airport in about two minutes. One of the best rooms ever - nicest upgrade, very clean and so friendly at the front desk! Very convenient to the airport too. I will definitely keep this airport in mind for future travel in the area - cant recommend enough!
