Atlanta Airport Marriott

We stayed 1 evening after flight was cxl. Very nice front desk clerk, concierge floor quite, breakfast great. The shuttle driver provided excellent service, very nice to everyone. Greeted each guest with a smile.

The lobby was great. The staff acted as though they were put out when you asked them something. The food was good, too pricey for the place. The waitress didn't have time for us and was just rude. It should not be able to use the Marriott name. High-end, no. The rooms looked like something you would use for an hour and leave, get it. The furniture was cheap. The cheap tile floors were so dirty, we cleaned them with our socks before we realized. The coffee pot did not work. The 3 large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was nailed to the shower wall in some kind of holder is a very stupid idea, unsanitary, and cheap as well. My family did not use it. The gap under the door was large enough for us to see peoples feet as they walked by. The door on the other side leading to the pool area had a gap so large cold air blew through all night. It was not what we expected and our family splurged and expected a much higher quality and treatment than we received... never again. They over charged my card... I have receipt for one amount and my bank says another. When I called she said $50 would come off within 2-3 business days.... it didn't. When we checked in no one said anything about a $50 extra charge. Shady!!!
