Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

One of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel, and I travel for work 50% of the time or more. 2 busses of teenagers were being dropped off at the side of the hotel making valet back up and clogging the lobby (not the hotel's fault). checked in around 8pm ready to get some work done and then some sleep. Apparently all of those teenagers were allowed to bang chairs and tables and scream all effing night long. I ignored it for a couple of hours but then messaged the front desk and asked if they would enforce the quiet time. got a reply back at midnight saying the noise should be over - it wasn't. I'm on the 15th floor and because of the design of embassy suites, that isn't far enough away to get some sleep during this nonsense. Got to sleep around 1, start over in the morning. Shower time - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner... empty. Whatever, bar soap on the sink will work. Breakfast is a cluster, orders are wrong, awful. Just need to get the hell out of here and on to the next place. Valet notified that I need my car, message says 8 minutes. I come down in 8 minutes, valet THEN walks to go get my car, another 8 minutes. Car smells like weed. Thanks morons, if the rental agency charges me for this, I'll be sending you the bill.

Great view. Can be a little loud at night with the music. AC unit was banging and woke us up, had to have the AC checked when we got there because it wasnt cooling (fixed quickly).

We stayed for a college tour it was 40 something of us that stayed here it was a really nice hotel the rooms were amazing and clean . the best part was us leaving there was a Valet man named JAY he was very helpfull with all our luggage on the bus and very happyyy asked us if we need anythinggg Rooms: The rooms were really nice the only thing was there were not enough rags and towels but they gave them to us eventually when we ent to go get them so I was thankful for thatt

Do not use the parking garage - self park or valet. There is a bad sewer line leak. Horrible smelling water/drainage is leaking from a pipe. Even if you do not park by the leak, the water is flowing to other parts of the garage onto the roofs of cars below or pooling on the floor/ground. When you get out of the car, or walk to the car it will ruin your nice shoes or get onto your feet if you are wearing sandals. It is so gross. The clerks at the desk do not act concerned about it. There is a charge to park, but the garage should actually be shut down. Also anyone can walk off the street into the garage. The elevators are not secure. Unlike at other locations, anyone can walk into the elevator area, without a room key. Not safe. Rooms: Room had lots of hair on the floor.
