        Ordered and PAID for a fruit cup. Got back to the hotel. No fruit cup. Called to say something and let them know I hope it did not happen to anyone else. They were not busy at the the counter or anything like that. They refunded me for the fruit cup with a calm demeanor AFTER I had to read of my card information. No apology. Just said it was an oversight. No apology. Not what I like.

        Nice sandwich shop with quality food. Panera serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and soups with a nice selection of sides. Lunch was about $15 each for a Mac and cheese bowl and a 1/3 sandwich-soup combo with coffee and ice tea. Parking: Located in a shopping center with plenty of free parking in front.

        Great place, but I believe there needs to be more outlets installed. It doesnt make sense that at a cafe where there are many people that come in with laptops, the barely have outlets. More needs to be installed on the ground or on the wall.
