Panera Bread - Closed

Man is this place dirty or what? Cashier is playing with her 4 foot long braids right over the bagels and bread items. Every table looks as pictured. We love Panera at home but this is disgusting.

I really appreciate the store manager tonight on making me a coffee for my manager while I’m at work. She went above and beyond for me. As for the girl with blue hair, she was rude and said “the coffee was out of stock and the store was closed,” when it was only 8:50. And how I “could talk to her manager.” I get it, working in retail isn’t enjoyable, but I really did not appreciate her attitude and how she wasn’t willing to help me. But shoutout to the manager for being so kind and fulfilling my coffee order!

Ordered curbside a couple weeks ago. Upon arriving 5 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready I decided to go inside. After not seeing my order on the pickup shelf I asked someone behind the counter how much longer my order would take. I was told they were 30 min behind. I realize they, like most places are short-sraffed but don't tell customers there orders will be ready at a certain time, knowing you're way behind. I finally got my order about 35 minutes after inquiring. Upon getting home and unwrapping my turkey sandwich I discovered it was missing a key ingredient: the turkey. I couldn't believe it! When I received the email survey I took it and was told I would be contacted. I have yet to hear back. Certainly on my DN (Return) list.

This is review of the catering and delivery arm of this particular store. Our company tried to use their service over 3 days, once for a small breakfast and twice for lunches. The breakfast order was cancelled at 6:15 AM, despite having been ordered before the close of business on the day before and with no notice other than an email sent. When a replacement order was placed, it will 50 minutes later than promised via DoorDash. (And the store was VERY quick to blame DoorDash and accept no responsibility). For the lunches, one was slightly late. The second day it was a full 90 minutes late with no warning, communication or clarification. When you are working hard to make sure your co-workers are well fed during long meetings, and paying a premium price, better care and communication is the least the store should do. (And no one will answer the phone at the store. 2 straight days of trying to call it has proven that no one picks up at the number listed on the emails and receipts.) And I am still waiting to see what we may get offered in response to a 90 minute delay with no communication to hungry co-workers.
