This is THE WORST experience Ive EVER had in a Starbucks. I waited 15-20 minutes for an iced coffee. When I asked the young African American lady with a dreadlock ponytail she asked if I wanted a refund if I didnt have time and that there were only three of them. This I understood but when you watch them so openly using their cellphone, you have to question. The Caucasian girl with nose piercing who was openly using her phone was the person responsible for my drink. I will NEVER come to this location again.

At this point take it back. 45 min for a mobile order Always something when i come to this location last time it was bad/old parfait. Then the lady making my drink was rude when i said i didnt want my drink how you mad that yall sitting over there taking forever to make drinks all the while having full blown conversations about dancing LESS TALKING MORE WORKING

Aric....is the magical word for this Holiday Season at this location! This barista's holiday masterpieces are more than memorable! He listened to what I was in the mood for and created a custom experience just for me. You owe it to yourself! Drop by and ask for Aric and then ask for a Sugar Cookie Oatmeal Chai Latte with a shot of expresso and Xtra hot. You'll be thankful for this review. Amazing!!!
