        Decent selection of flavors and boba was fresh. I've had worse in SF. Pricey but nice service.

        I just tried to go here 5/26 over Memorial Day weekend. The mall was VERY busy and I was thinking this place would have a long line. Surprisingly they didn’t because they had signs on the register saying “No Tapioca” and “No Straws”. The entire point of bubble tea is to have tapioca balls and there is no way to drink it without a straw. The 2 staff members that were at the stand were very rude when anyone tried to walk up to them and did not seem to care that they were getting no business. This franchise is clearly not managed well if they are not able to order key ingredients for such a prime location. Very disappointed.
