Ive asked multiple times for the management here to address the wifi issues and they have only told me they wont do anything. Ive also asked for them to just remove the wifi fee and they said they wont do that either. Its to a point where the wifi is unusable and management wont do anything about it. Editing this because it will not allow me to respond to the maverick directly. Every time I try to call you dont pick up, when I email I am ignored. If I could give another review on that it would be 1 star as well.

Lamar was very professional and helpful. He showed me around the property and was very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend this property. I am looking forward to leasing at this property thanks to him.

I had to come on here and write this review. I must say as a veteran who has moved around a lot..I have never experienced such amazing service from a group of people. From the moment that I called them to set up the appointment with Miss JJ to the moment that I walked in the door and the two gentlemen that were at the front greeted and helped me. They immediately extended me hospitality and graciousness. Lamar R was an amazing resource and representative. He not only showed me exactly what it is that I wanted to see... He showed what I needed too see... he was amazing and gave great detail about everything that was being offered and things that were yet to come. He is well assured me that if I do make this my families home and there was ever any issues or concerns that they are available and I can tell that to be true by what I saw today. Thank you guys for such a great experience! Top Notch service from these group of people!

At the beginning of January me and two fellow roommates applied for a townhome. We were helped by Lamar and he was amazing in the beginning. We were sadly denied, but gladly got a new place secured somewhere else. We received our move out statement on January 25th. After about 2-3 weeks from that date we didnt receive part of our primary deposit. The primary paid $300 and $175 was supposed to be mailed back out to said primary if denied. So, I of course called maverick and asked them about it. Lamar answered and told me we do not send the checks out, resident verify does that. I thanked him for the help and called resident verify. When I got on the phone with resident verify they let me know they only verify income, and they do not receive any money. Before they got off the line, I called Maverick back and put them on three way. A new guy whose name I can not remember answered. Resident verify said exactly the same thing to them, and after the new guy put us on a hold. The hold lasted 20 min so of course Resident verify had to get off the line to assist other customers. When the new guy came back to the phone they let me know they could not do anything. By the point Im officially over it so I ask to speak with the director. He let me know Ranna was unavailable and said to leave my name and number and she will get back to me. After a week of not getting back too I called Maverick again to speak with Ranna. Once again she was busy and I needed to leave my name and number. Here I am now after a whole month of calling & holding for long periods of time and still have yet to receive any contact from the director nor have I been able to speak with the director on the phone. Ive officially moved on from the issue, but I wanted to leave this review. Im leaving this review because I believe in good business. Even if we got denied we deserve to still be respected enough to receive the money we are owed. Im very disappointed in Maverick because I've recently just graduated college, and I am just now learning about getting an apartment/townhome. It saddens me that the RANGEWATER company (Maverick) can not uphold contractual agreements and are standing on taking advantage of us.
