Johan and Chris have been exceptional as well. They respond promptly to all my requests. Whether its changing light bulbs, vent filters, vent cover, or bathtub drain trim, they have accurately completed every task. Johan has even been so kind to hang a picture for me. The entire team has been nothing but professional, courteous, and respectful with every interaction I have with them. May 2nd, 2024

Extremely disappointed by how I was treated at the leasing office. The customer service is very unpleasant. My close friend lives in the complex and I was booted only 10 minutes after parking in a spot that had poor signage. I spoke to the Leasing Manager, Wally Price, who promised to look into the issue and potentially reimburse me for a $75 charge I clearly should not have had to endure. Unfortunately he didn't even take the extra 5 minutes out of his day to follow-up with me. Parking here is extremely difficult and scarce for guests... would not recommend the property if you plan to ever have guests over. Their inability to address this is likely indicative of how they would fail to address issues for existing tenants. Apr 10th, 2024

The Bell Terminus is a lovely property with great amenities and ideally close proximity to my school. However, I wanted to express a few concerns over our leasing agent who toured me today. Her name is Alisia Overton. Her demeanor was completely unprofessional and her attitude was flat out disrespectful. My sister and I drove an hour and 20 minutes for this tour at 9 am. The website stated a 9 am tour option and we found out through Alisia that you do not tour at 9 AM. We discussed price options at risk point she was very patronizing. I think its very important for leasing professionals to not develop perceptions of consumers as you can never quite judge a someones spending power. I have toured multiple properties that offered the same amenities and prices as Bell Terminus and I was met with better customer service than what I received today. It was disheartening and it made me extremely worried that if I was to rent at this complex, this would be the behavior that I would experience. We asked MULTIPLE TIMES to view the studios and one bedroom since it's better to get an scenic depiction of home decor within the unit. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and the only thing we toured was the amenities at our request because she did not even offer that as supplementary. I can officially declare that this was the WORST TOUR I've ever experience at any complex in Buckhead.
N.B Please relay this message to the property manager to train leasing agents with proper customer etiquette.
