Hi. This is a public proclamation that Im not going to continue paying $120 a month to keep getting ringworm. I wipe everything down before using (which honestly I never did at my old gyms and Ive never had ringworm before joining this gym). Half the time the sanitizer is nowhere to be found. Idk if you need to ban the teenage boys or what but its gross and dumb. TYSM. If anyone knows a gym in Alpharetta for adults pls let me know.

The quality of customer service at this establishment leaves much to be desired, particularly for a loyal, long-term paying customer such as myself. To my dismay, I was asked to wait for an estimated time of 10 to 20 minutes while the upper management converse with their employees. As someone who is spending their hard-earned money, I had expected to receive better treatment and be given priority.
