Originally, I signed up for ILoveKickboxing class pass as a supplement to my current weekly workout and to get me through the winter. Within a month and a half I started seeing results - my legs, arms, back, glutes, and mid-section were in their best shape in my life. Once my class pass ran out, I was quick to renew. The instructors create a fun and positive environment to motivate everyone in class and outside of class. The program provides an idiot-proof recipe to achieve your fitness goals. I was sick of working out in my gym. One day, I saw advertisement of "I love kickboxing", and then I registered 3 trial first, after one trial, I switched to be a member right away. At that time I was in mild depression, but the depression was gone away from me. Staffs are awesome to encourage me and my movements and I made lots of connections with awesome people there.

I love kickboxing! I can honestly say this has been the first exercise program since Zumba that I've fallen in love with. The classes are challenging, yet motivating, and the instructors are sure to give you the one-on-one feedback that you need to keep you accountable for your own results. I love it! And would absolutely recommend it to anyone whether beginner or novice.
