        Katherine and Janelle were PHENOMENAL!! They consistently helped me reach my goals and worked with my schedule to perform at my best! They are great trainers and people, would give more stars if they could! The infrared sauna is super nice in the staffed hours (get that premium membership, its worth it). Clean facility and nice arrangement of workout equipment.

        Milton location is a life saver. Staff is working above and beyond to keep it clean and nice. Very professional attitude. Air is super fresh due to the use of proper ventilation, air purifiers and dehumidifier. Never ran out of sanitizers, floor surfaces are pristine. NO dust spotted anywhere. It's a big pleasure to work out there after my gym PTSD: Have been going to the Old Alabama location for years as it's closer to my place. However, it ran down severely with the most recent management: became very dirty and stinky, rarely had clean bathroom counters and almost always is out of paper towel and soap. The Old Alabama facility is buried in dust and the air purifier filter light is permanently red for years.
