Alpha Strength & Power Gym

This gym is amazing. Not only is working out great to keep you in shape and help your body in the future, the community is just as great as working out. Everybody is here to achieve their own goal and its almost like a little family helping and supporting eachother! The coaches here are also phenomenal at helping you with whatever you want to work with and each of them are amazing at what they do.

Amazing coaches, very friendly and helped improve my deadlift form. Will definitely reccomend coming especially if your into powerlifting. Really nice gym environment too!

This place is incredible! I was looking for a gym that would have KGs plates and iron plates and they have it all! Even bumpers plates. Very nice staff and coaches and welcoming ! Super strong people! Is a good place to find your self a coach for powerlifting, bodybuilding , Olympic AND nutrition coaches !! Coach Isabella and Tony walk me through the gym and it was super nice. Isabella helped me with my shoulder pain shes a Therapist. Really recommend and it is also in a awesome area. Day pass was only 10$ bucks! Is hard to find a good gym around Alpharetta/ Milton / Roswell you name it. They also have a PlayStation for my kid to play for FREE while I workout! Even the conditioner is good not hot/cold and let me not forget they have two restrooms, How awesome is that! Go check it out 10/10

Super cool place to train at. Everyone there is friendly, the equipment is new, nice, and clean, and the staff is super attentive to their customers. Its a good place to go if youre serious about working out.
