UPDATE 1/26/24: STILL LOVING HOTWORX & Got Hubby to join! Pro Tips: 1. Make this part of your daily routine! I always go the same time every day, and even when I dont feel like going (which isnt often) I tell myself, just do one 15 minute session. Everyone has 15 min! 2. Upgrade to the Sweat Anywhere! After a year I upgraded my membership so I could go to any location, and with that, you get personal training videos on demand. I had gotten in a plateau with weight training- I wouldnt ever get sore. But after one session with the personal training videos, I noticed a HUGE DIFFERENCE! So worth the upgrade fee! 3. Family members can join at a discount! 4. If you recruit new members, you CAN EARN A FREE MEMBERSHIP for a YEAR! Ive only recruited my husband, but heres hoping youll mention me when you go in!! 5. If you track your workouts with a smartwatch, you can earn merchandise credits! AthLeisure-Wear anyone? 6. Worth it even without the Saunas! I had a medical issue pop up where I thought I shouldnt use the saunas for a short time, but I still loved going and just using the Flex weight training area. The membership money is worth it just for the 24 hour access and the weight training area!! 7. The vending machine has worked like a charm when I needed to buy a workout band or a protein bar with Apple Pay! 8. They have 1 Shower and its never being used when Im there. 9. You can book a Sauna and then stick in your AirPods and do your own thing- scroll social media, stretch, nap, meditate, dance.. 10. If you are noticing that youre going less or that its not a good fit, go ahead and start your 60 day notice! Get that notice clock going! CANCELLATION Fees: These are a little unique, but they let you know in writing and up front! Dont like it? Dont sign it!!! Dont bring heat on employees with bad reviews just because youve suddenly decided not to honor your contract. If you dont like them, reach out to corporate before you agree to them. First 90 days: $99 charge to cancel and immediate inactivation of membership. After 90 days: no charge, must come by to cancel, 60 days notice, and you get to use the club during those 60 days. Review from 6 months ago: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Hotworx! I love the 24 hr access and the safety cameras. And of course the saunas are addicting, not to mention all the long term health benefits like increasing my lifespan!

I was excited when I joined but the doors never worked and some of the staff was extremely snotty. Then I was continually charged twice after I cancelled my membership in person with them. Would not Recommend this location as they are highly unprofessional.

I really love this location. It is always clean and the workers are super friendly and willing to help!
