        The MAC is a little but mighty gem in Milton. The workouts never disappoint. There is something for everyone. If you need a sub for an exercise they have you covered. No one is excluded. The community is strong! The owners are the best!!! They truly care about their members inside and out of the gym. All the coaches are experienced, friendly, and supportive. I am thankful to be a member!!!
