Just had my first training session of the Ramp Up program, and it was great! I've had some health/lung issues which have left my lungs pretty weak and me at the newbiest level of noob. Both Aimee and Brandi have been so friendly and welcoming, and in my session Aimee was super patient and showed me multiple modifications for pretty much everything we did. I'm excited to go back and tackle all the everything. Highly recommend!

I have been training here for more than 7 years and Still think its the best gym ever. The coaches are good at communicating feedback, modifying workouts if necessary, and developing great programming. There is a sense of community with fellow members. Facility is clean and they have pretty much any equipment necessary for a good workout. I Highly
Recommend this gym.
UPDATE: ***2023 and still I cant think of a better place to workout! 10 years ago I started CrossFit at this gym and it has only gotten better over the years. The coaches are invested in your success and your individual needs. The programming is TOP notch. The community is FAMILY. Im here 4-5 days per week and walk away feeling satisfied and accomplished and HAPPY each time.
