        The owner service is very good. There have a parking space to park your car if you want to rent a U-haul, the car is very new, Everything is clean!! I love it 03.25.2024

        Customer service at this location is trash, terrible, disrespectful and horrible I would never Recommend this location to anyone a complete rip off I know for a fact I did not use 30 miles in mileage yet was charge for it but its okay they can have that will be my last time the only reason I even rented from this location is because my regular and main location did not have the size I wanted available but next time I will just wait these people will not get my business again! P.s I went literally to blue heron and back I have to pass my house to make it to the uhaul location 30miles would be going to Ft. Lauderdale they told me it was an estimate and it would be removed from my charge it was not lazy selfs lairs and thieves!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

        I had a 4 hour Rental and returned Trunk in 2 hours this past weekend. When I got Emailed the receipt (which you have to click on a link to view) this location added 2nd period so I got double charged.

        Was told I was able to drop the vehicle off after hours since they closed at 5 but wasn't told about a $20 fee for doing so. Also was charged $7 for fuel even though the vehicle was returned with the same fuel than it was rented with.
