        The U-Haul truck service on military and Okeechobee was booked up but the young African American lady helped and called the other U-Haul truck center on vista parkway and they had what I needed and reserved it for me so I'm grateful

        The milage of van was off from their records. It took awhile to (hopefully) correct. The AC worked great, but it needed to be cleaned better. Nobody checked the van upon return. My advise is to take pictures of milage and condition just in case. More effort should be made for the UHAUL services instead of gas station & making subs.

        facility states that i dropped the truck off on empty when that is false,i dropped it off with the same quarter tank of fuel that it had.they charged me $35 in fuel and $30 to put fuel ,total scam.if i dont get a $65 credit i will never use uhaul again. this explains the 2.5 stars
