Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I want to post that I am missing banking representative, Colleen Milne. She is the reason we have remained with Fifth Third. She has assisted us so many times & willingly. She is resourceful & always has a smile on her face when we enter this branch. She is an asset to the Wesley Chapel branch, and we hope that she is well and returns soon.

Today, a guy named Darren Hill called my phone and said he wished me happy birthday and seeing how I was doing. He then stated that he saw we had moved to bradenton. I am a married woman and was very offended and felt like he was flirting and attempting to create a personal relationship out of the professional banking role. I don't appreciate the phone call, I never asked for it and I feel very offended and feel like he is keeping tabs on my personal information and invading my privacy. I will be going to another bank because at this point, my husband and I do not feel comfortable with this gentleman knowing my personal address and information.

Colleen Milne is the reason Ill never step foot in that branch again. Her and the rude short Hispanic female teller. Youre judged until they see your bank account. Im a Plumber, I own my company, and I have plenty of money in multiple banks. These 2 employees expect me to walk in that branch in expensive suit to show me respect? GTFOH

Replace Elizabeth Penaranda with a friendlier Teller or add machines to this branch, for people like my mom to avoid interaction with rude tellers like her. The attitude was unnecessary!
