PNC Bank

Beware! Don't finance a car loan through PNC, they are the rudest and worst bank to deal with. Many other better banks that will will be respectful and have competent employees that deal with the loan side of the bank.

If I could, I would give PNC Bank negative points. My experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I've been a customer since 2018, holding accounts including one checking and four savings for family members. However, my account was suddenly closed without any explanation or prior notice. The branch staff seemed clueless, directing me to a number where unhelpful customer service representatives insisted on the bank's policy to close accounts without reasons. Despite my repeated attempts, I was denied the chance to speak with a supervisor, and the phone service was consistently rude and unprofessional. It took over six months and countless calls to retrieve my funds after the abrupt closure. The inconvenience reached its peak when I discovered the closure only after my card was declined. If transparency and decent customer service are important to you, I strongly advise against banking with PNC.

Johnisha and Holly are wonderful. I just changed my review from 5 star to one due to the support of lgbt posted right I front of tellers. So dissatisfied. This business has excellent customer service. Who can find a business with integrity and logical thinking backed with science and God? So upset
