It's not fair to send a package of about two pounds, they charged me 180 to Honduras, the package is being held and they say I have to pay 3400 more for my package. I feel like it's a robbery. It's better that they return my package and give me my money back. That's for them. It's up to them, that's why here in the USA they charge you what they have to and then they come out with stories that you have to pay more, I don't recommend them.

What they sent me never arrived, And they opened my package. My delivery was incomplete

Had an order coming (2/27) DHL arrived at 8AM (st.pete), rang the door bell and walked off with my package before I could even get out of bed to get to the door. They left a door note saying it needed ny signature and that they will try to deliver the next business day. I immediately went online minutes after they left and changed it to "non signature" drop off which they then updated that it would be dropped off the same day still but never arrived and was taken back to tampa "on hold" . Next day it goes out for delivery around 2 pm and says it should be to me between 4:00pm and 5:00pm, I live tracked the whole route of DHL being in my area for over 2 - 3 hours just ping ponging around my address dropping off all over in the most unorganized route. Finally (as pictured) says I'm next on the route which I was last go figure even though they came within a couple miles of my address twice earlier in the day, All of a sudden live tracking disappeared and it says delivery attempt couldn't be made and package is going to be on hold at tampa once again!! . At this point I am furious and its 7pm so i figure their ship being over will be the excuse, I waited 2 days just for this to happen, ridiculous and unacceptable.
